*NEW TIER TOKEN RULES

If you're rolling for an upgrade on tier marks, you are now required to already have the 251 piece in your bags.
*Make sure you have the tier piece you're upgrading in your bags or on your person.
*Make sure they are already gemmed (IF not using unless upgraded, make sure you stick budget green gems in it to let us know that piece is actually yours and not a atlas loot link 'ie: socketed with 1x+12ap gem')
*MAIN SPEC LOOT FIRST. If no one is using for mainspec we will call for OFFSPEC.
These are just precautions we are taking to make sure the tokens go to good use that is beneficial to the raid.
