Guild Guidelines

CURRENT RAID DAYS/TIMES
Carnage Currently Raids the following days: (all times are server time)

SECTION 1 (Weekday Group)
Tuesday 7:00pm - 11:00pm
Wednesday 7:00pm - 11:00pm
Thursday 7:00pm - 11:00pm

SECTION 2 (Weekend Group)
Friday 7:00pm - 11:00pm
Saturday 7:00pm - 11:00pm

All members are expected to make all raid times, for the full 4 hour duration. If you are unable to make a certain raid due to an appointment or something else, let an Officer know. Missing some raids is excusable, but missing more than a couple will result in you getting less invitations to main raids. You will not be dropped from the guild for missing raids, but other people will be put above you on raid invite priority.

GUILD LOOT RULES
All loot will be loot counciled by Officers and perhaps select few raiders. We will decide where loot goes based on performance and attendance. We keep track of who has gotten what, so loot will NOT be wasted. (ie: one person will not receive 3 shoulder slot items)

NO PUG RAIDS
Current content progression raids(25s or 10s) are not allowed to be pugged before Fridat. If you do pug a raid before Friday, you will most likely not be invited to future raids. Do NOT leech members from the guild for your PUGS(unless its after raid days of course), if you do not want to sit bench until we have a spot/need you to help the guild out then the guild will not help you.

COME PREPARED
Look up strategies/videos on current progression bosses we are currently working on. Having no clue on the mechanics of a boss fight we are currently doing that raid night shows poor preparation and wastes precious raid time. All fights WILL be explained depending on the boss fight, but most fights that are 'on farm' will not be explained, so if you are new to the guild and do not know bosses we have done, look them up. Bring your own flasks, get your gems/enchants, and repair BEFORE the raid. Invites go out at precisesly 7:00pm, if you miss your invite because your too busy doing something else, we will not wait for you to finish whatever your doing. You get dropped to the bottom of the list and wait till everyone else is invited or until there is a spot open for you.

RAID ETIQUETTE
Be POLITE to your fellow members. If you have something to bring up or disagree with a certain person in the raid, bring it up in a calm and polite fashion. We are all here to raid, down bosses, but most important we are all here to have fun. Respect eachother and treat others with respect. Nobody gives a crap how good you are as a person, we do give a crap how everyone is as a unit. Listen, follow directions, and most of all keep your E-Peen in your pants.

TROLLING
We honestly dont give a crap who you piss off, but if we think you are the initiator of such drama you won't last long in this guild and I personally will kick you out of the guild on the spot no questions asked. Not everyone will get along and be the best of friends, but keep your rude comments to yourself. If you're going to act like a kid you'll be treated like a kid.
